The Dania Beach Hurricane is South Florida’s only roller coaster. Reaching speeds of up to 55 miles per hour, the coaster is 100 feet high and 3,200 feet long. It is the most noticeable attraction at Boomers Park, which lies only minutes south of Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.
